I did the room reservation via e-mail and received confirmation that a room has been reserved for us on the stipulated date. On the day when we checked in, the hotel staff said that there was no room reservation for us. I showed them a copy of their e-mail confirming our reservation and they were surprised. It looked like that the rght did not know what the left was doing. The staff were not at all helpful but arrogant. After much persuation we were given a room.

I would not recommend this hotel to any traveller. Keep away!!!

Great service and staff it's the very best I have never had something like this it s very nice environment there so I would be very happy to go and stay there again for my holidays.
