Service - Worst. No one is available after 9 PM to assist you even in emergency. The staff wakes up at 8AM so dont expect anyone before that even if you have train which you might miss because of them.
Restaurant - The food was not at all ok. We had to instruct the cook for making food and puting up the spices as all were mising from food.
Location - Ok since it is close to railway station
Price - Ok one of the cheapest in Shimla
