Rooms - Worst. I had taken up family suit where the flush of toilet didnt work. No water at all. You have to keep asking them for water. Geyser dont work. It took 2 hours to warm water. They shifted us in other room where geyser didnt work. TV had no proper signals.

Service - Worst. No one is available after 9 PM to assist you even in emergency. The staff wakes up at 8AM so dont expect anyone before that even if you have train which you might miss because of them.

Restaurant - The food was not at all ok. We had to instruct the cook for making food and puting up the spices as all were mising from food.

Location - Ok since it is close to railway station

Price - Ok one of the cheapest in Shimla
