The hotel honeymoon inn is the nice hotel situated 15-20min walking distance from the tourism lift hence recommended for the young travellers. All the rooms in the hotel are valet facing & nicely located on the landslide with a nice restaurant, disco & open air cafeteria. The ambience of the room is really sensual & tailored according to the guest. The charges in November was 1200/day & believe me its complete value for money, do try the refreshing Kangda tea & mouth watering Punjabi vegetables.

I went for my Honey moon to Shimla and had booked my Room at Honey moon Inn after doing a lot of reaserch in the internet.
We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights.The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the hotel to go for local sight seeing or anywhere else. We were so tired that we wanted to stay in the peace and tranquility of the hotel.
The breakfast is a lovely with lots of option to choose from. Dinner was also great with tasty North Indian foods with Veg and Non-Veg options.We were served Hot Glass of Milk every night with the option of choosing from 4 different flavors.Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in on holiday. Perhaps not the most convenient as this Hotel is located on the slope of Hill and we have to climb some distance before reaching the Hotel. But if you want to mix a little luxury with the peace and tasty foods then this is an absolute must.

Making Merry at Honeymonn Inn

I stayed at Hotel Honeymoon Inn with my girlfriend turned wife shortly after our marriage in April. The hotel stay was really very comfortable with everything from bed-tea to late-night badam milk provided through the room service. The staff was very courteous. They helped arrange the taxi for sighseeing to nearby places and told us what all was included and excluded from our reservation. The food at hotel was excellent with a different menu each day of our five-day stay.

We would like to stay at the same hotel during our next visit to Shimla.

my experience at honeymoon-in was brilliant .... the staff there gives u so much of respect that u feels like top of the world...... We had booked their Honeymoon package for 3 nights, simply because we wanted the honeymoon special rooms !.. and we didnt regret at all. Just about everything in this hotel is near perfect.. if you are a newly wed or a couple without kids looking to spend a romantic holiday, look no further ! Excellent room with a bed which reminds you of your first wedded night, good tasty food, good service, good view of the mountains right from your... Everything was perfect and I am totally satisfied with the hotel and its services. Good value for money and it was worth every rupee. Thanks to the hotel fellas for making my trip a perfect Honeymoon. It’s situated in the MALL ROAD, everything was easily accessible, one does not have to walk a lot to go to visit places around. Room Service was excellent & the Hotel was very clean and hygienic

I had a very pleasent stay at this Hotel the service was excellent. The managment was very helpfull. The hotel rooms and bathroom were very nice and well maintened. If you are planning for a Honeymoon or a vaccation with your partner this is the place.

Excellent, Value for Money

Had booked this through ezeego1.com during one of their "cash back" that was launched, had costed me roughly INR 1000/- a night post all discounts (30% season's and 30% cash back).

It is not very accessible but manageble without luggage. Had to park cars at High Court parking (100/- a night) and hire a porter for 60/- to take luggage up. The ascent to hotel for last 50 meters is somewhat steep but once in, the ambience is refreshing. Front desk is prompt, waiters are courteous and rooms are excellent. Large, spacious rooms with all modern amenities.

The view from each room is excellent, since the hotel is perched on top, it offers un hindered views. The rack rates are 1800/- for deluxe and 2000/- for honeymoon suite (corner rooms) , the difference being two large windows in honeymoon suites compared to one. The photographs posted on hotel's website are genuine, it is what you get.

The food is amazingly tasty, particularly Indian and very reasonably priced, you would not feel like hunting out for food. The hotel also has a small but beautiful open sitting area. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this property.

The Hotel was quite upto our expectations.. it was a perfect room for us. The Room Location was very good we could njoy the sun set rt. from our room window. The Hotel Management was also good. The food they served tasted good.. we loved the food.

Excellent room with a bed which reminds you of your first wedded night, good tasty food, good service, good view of the mountains right from your room, convenient location walkable to the main mall market while away from the hustle-bustle. Most important, the rates are very reasonable.

The rooms were very cozy..quite large, nicely done up and all fixtures worked well. Our package included sight-seeing, and the drivers were also courteous and enthusiastic. We had gone in April, and got clear sunny weather with good views of scenery and mountains. This hotel is in the Mall road where vehicles are not allowed, however it is very near to the closest point that vehicles can get. The candle-light dinner part of the package was memorable, when we had the whole restaurant to ourselves and dined with only the candle light!

We didnt have any bad experience as such..but be warned that theres a steep climb from the mall road to the hotel's entrance from where you get a lift to go up to the lobby. If you have lot of luggage, then you should ask for a hotel porter to carry it up for you

Great experience and beautiful scenery along the way, it will not tire you at all and will drop you in Shimla right in time for your hotel check-in. Book in advance for this trip, it is a connecting train to the Howrah-Kalka express and will wait till it has reached Kalka, even if late !
