This cant be 3* hotel, The service was really bad, AC was not working through out the day, Customers problems are not handled in professional way. Top to bottom all the areas need improvement to stablise the hotel.

Kindly verify the present star rating of the hotel. It cant be a three star hotel. The quality, hygiene, service is not up to the mark which is reflected by the low tariff which is as low as ordinary hotels.

Tallest building in Salem city, giving a great view of the city... the best 3 star hotel of the city.... located on the important arterial road 'Omalur Highway'... Service is too good...
