This Hotel is pathetic, They don't have good management & staff. Food quality is very bad. Also if you check-in at 10.00 pm in the night and order for dinner they don't serve you. Maximum items which are present in Menu Card is not available with them. They charge you for 4 Star facilities and they don't provide you even 2 Star facilites.

First thing first, The Oakwood claims itself to be a 4-star hotel without having amenities for even a 2-star hotel. I booked my stay in this hotel based on the rating available on few of the websites.
The tariff charged by them is again suiting the 4-star level. Also, don't expect any response from these guys to confirm your booking even if you call for 10 times.
The service is poor, they don't have even a decent restaurant. The rooms are just OK. Cleanliness and ambience is far from satisfactory levels. The staff attitude and their outlook is irritating to say the least.
