Very well renovated and great hotel

The hotel has been renovated upto a four star level. Great location, nearby to all the commercial centers, schools, colleges, bus and railway stations and malls and multiplexes.
Reasonable rates and very good service and great hospitality.
Internet available.
Amazing new multi-cuisine restaurant. Really liked the food.
The hotel has great party venues for Organizing Marriage functions.
Great discounts for regular customers. So, I will be one of them.

I had booked a big deluxe room in hotel Utsav for my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and my fiancee. The management at the hotel was informed that they were from Europe and needed a good room. I was shown a different room while booking and told that I would be given that room. I paid Rs 3000 in advance but when we actually reached hotel Utsav, the manager at the reception informed me that room was not availalble. He was extremely rude. The service was bad. There was no toilet paper in the room so I requested the manager to send it. We were provided one small toilet role which was barely enough for a 1 time use for 1 person. We had three guests. I informed the manager that it was not enough. He made a face and told me that the toilet role was already provided. I asked him for more but he did not look into the matter. I felt that the hotel had a complete lack of conern for its guests. India and Indians are known for their hospitality. The fact that the guests were foreigners and I had booked a deluxe room, I thought the manager would be helpful. I had to search for a medical store in the night to find a few rolls of toilet paper. He was kind enough to provide me with directions to the store. That was all the help I got. I cannot imagine how they treat their remaining guests. I will not recommend this hotel. Maybe a different manager may make a big difference in customer experience. The person I dealt with was rude and had no concern for the guests at the hotel.
