The hotel is good located near Pune station and easy to find. Rooms are, though not quite satisfactorily, acceptable. (You should not expect "super deluxe" staying.)
I regret to say that the largest problem is the staff is far from hospitable and responsible. They are still ignoring repeated phones, faxes and emails requesting to refund overpayment, in spite of our agreement. Unless the problems would be improved, I cannot recommend this hotel.
