As I was traveling alone and do not speak the lauguage the staff at the hotel was very patient in helping me. Waiters at the resturants also went out of there way to help me order, suggesting food that I might like. The manager even came over and told me the cook could prepare anything to my taste. All the staff went beyond there responsibilities making my stay much more enjoyable then business trips usually are.
