This is the worst hotel I've every stayed in! I happened to stay there with my parents last year and everything from the service to the rooms were just terrible. The first thing you'll notice would be the smell of damp linen... everything from the bed sheets to pillows stunk with the smell. The carpets had huge holes everywhere, presumably from rats!

After a lot of pushing, the rather rude manager and staff agreed to change our room to another one only to make matters worse. When we came back after a bit of shopping we found our room full of 2-3 inches deep water and then too the hotel staff didn't as much as apologise. They moved us to another room and charged us extra since this new room was more expensive. We left the next morning since it was late in the night and staying in a neighbouring much cheaper, but much cleaner and nicer hotel!

I didn't get enough time in India to be able to get the hotel closed, but if I ever do this is the first thing I would do!
