Whenever i have to visit New Delhi, I stay hotel jewel palace. The management and staff are very receptive and the care they take for guest is excellent and good and homely. Atmosphere at hotel is so friendly that it makes you homely. A good variety of breakfast provided in morning is good. A best place for staying so that you enjoy shopping, official work and visitng famous places are near to you alongwith you enjoy with your family. Hotel management, staff and attendents all are good and mostly ladies feel more secured and happy.Excellent customer care service

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff (especially the manager) were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly and room service was very good. Staff were helpful without being pushy, and, unlike other hotels we stayed at did not hover around for tips! We had a superior room, which had tv, fridge, a/c etc. It was quite nicely furnished and very clean. It is used by many business men. We felt very safe in the area (Karol Bagh) which has many jewelery and clothes shops.

I have stayed at this hotel quiet some times. It is an average budget hoetl but the staff is very friendly. It is located in the heart of Delhi. Famous bazaar Karol Bagh is a speciallity. And most of all, it provide Halal food to Muslim Travellers. It is indeed much friendlier hotel for Pakistani visitors.

Top Local Tips for New Delhi

NEW DELHI STATION "SCAM" We arrived New Delhi station looking for PRE-PAID taxis. Everyone (inc so-called "officials") said they had been done away with and we had to use metered taxis instead. "Helpful" taxi driver appeared and asked where we were staying. Said "no need to pay for taxi, its free to that hotel - just go to Government Tourist Office nearby". Went there. We went there. They apparently phoned our hotel and surprise surprise - our room was gone!!! Panic stations!!!! We were very annoyed. The "bogus" government travel agent left the room for a few minutes so I used my mobile to call our hotel to ask what the hell they were playing at giving our room away like that - surprise - OUR ROOM WAS STILL AVAILABLE. SCAM in pretend Government Tourist Office opposit New Delhi train station. BEWARE!!!!!
