I booked European plan and confirmed the same with return email and phone call. When I reached there, hotel reception was so rude and told to wait, rooms not ready. When I asked them how long, the reply was it will take a long time. After more than an hour, I had to leave looking for other hotels. After 3 hrs called again and the response is rooms not available. So never book this hotel as they don't know what advance booking means. I never experienced any hotel with so poor arrangement. Please stay away even if they offer free rooms.

Getting around At a decent hotel ask for a driver there should be a Taxi company assigned to a hotel for this purpose. A fixed price is set for the day and the driver will take you anyway in Dehli and you can also arrange trips outside Delhi for one or two days and the hotel will arrange to contact a hotel at your chosen destination.So you don't have the worry about accomadation.
