The phone on the floor rings very loudly every time the hotel gets a call - annoying, it's impossible to sleep. The room is smelly, warm water tap doesn't work. Lot of parts have never been cleaned, fridge doesn't work and is very dirty. Breakfast room is ridiculous, dishes not clean. And so on! The hotel is just disgusting!

During stay in hotel, mobile phone (left charging during the day) disappeared from the room. Left complaint with police (station is 500 m walk from hotel). Hotel management said this had not happened in 3 years of existence of hotel and seemed to imply that we were mistaken in saying phone had been left in the room.

Apart from this, a problematic feature of the hotel is that on each floor there is a phone in the stairway which rings everytime a new customer arrives, which is all night through, and is audible in every room. Bad for your rest.

The hotel is really nice and perfectlly all right for a business traveller or a tourist.
