Staffs are very friendly, service was excellent, rooms were clean. Customer care was great. Very supportive, only breakfast was an average choice. Better than 3 star hotel in New York, France and Holland. Really value for money.

Centrally located in Karol Bagh with clean rooms, reasonably good breakfast and close to Metro Station Clark International gives good value for money. The complimentary airport pick up showed up on time- however they are stingy about running the car AC even in hot weather. The front desk was helpful in arranging railway station drop off and efficiently checked us out early morning at 0500hrs. The main negative is that the hotel is located in the noisy crowded Karol Bagh but then you can't have a central location and peace together in Delhi.

Not Good At All

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in reference to staff assistance. We paid our transfers twice and the hotel staff did not even want to listen. Normally, with late check outs, most hotels allow an hour or so for check out, but his hotel charged us 37 USD for two hours. Again, they just did not want to know. Will NEVER ay here again. Incidently, rooms are dark and musky.

Top Local Tips for New Delhi

car & driver the trip will be more enjoyable if you can pre-arrange a car & driver (not a taxi) that can take you to and from the hotel to various tourist spots within the city and then back to the hotel.

Akshardam Temple Akshardam is very new and wasn't listed in my lonely planet - colleagues at work told me about it - Get a driver for the day - it will cost about 700 ruppees or so and get him to drive you around the sights in Delhi. He will know where akshardam is about 30 minutes drive over the Yamuna river - once you cross the river it is right there on teh banks and it is well worth a visit - amazing.We also enjoyed travelling to old Delhi in the metro and getting out right in the middle of it all - the hustle and bustle cannot be compared to anywhere else I've ever being - a true experience.

Be careful in New Delhi! Make sure you check the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention http://www.cdc.gov/ website before travelling to India and get ALL shots. Drink and brush your teeth only with bottled water and make sure that the seal on the bottle cap isn't broken. Ask your doctor for prescription medication for bacterial infections related to diarrhea. We tried calling the 24 Hour doctor on call at the Clark International Hotel, but never received a call back relating to my husband's bacterial infection. I was very thankful that his doctor gave us a prescription to treat diarreah--before leaving the USA.
