The staff was very active, co-operative. The wake up call brought us on feet for next trip. Food was always good, delivered right to the room just as doctor ordered it

One of my worst experience of staying so called 5 star hotel but to me it was even worst than 1 star. The room was so stinky that it was even difficult to breath in the room. After all complaints I was shifted to a so called renovated room where we were greeted with huge sized cockroches. What a nightmare for 8000 bucks!!
Never stay here

They claim to be a 5 star hotel....couldn't be further from the truth. As soon as you enter the lobby, it looks ok however the smell is unbelievable. Do not eat or drink anything..except for maybe a cup of tea. I refused to stay in any room that they offered...even the renovated ones. I made sure my kids did not use or touch anything in the rooms. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. We stayed for maybe half an hour and left. It is an absolutely dirty hotel and the staff at the time was not helpful at all.
Stay Away from this HOTEL

This hotel is a complete rip-off. It claims to be five star but nowhere even near it. The hotel rates are superior but the service and standards are much too inferior. SO STAY AWAY!

Misrepresented

This is not luxury or a 5 star hotel in spite of what the adverts say. While we were treated well by the staff, the hotel is old and not well maintained. We had two rooms and both smelled musty, and were dark and not very clean. We have traveled all over India and felt that we paid too much for this one.

DON'T GO!!!!

1- Reason to stay: Kuwait Airlines (Worst Airlines I have Ever try) Delayed their flight for more than 20 hours and pushed us to stay in that hotel. By the way don't try to go with this Airline Anywhere.
2- Reception: From the first sight you might think you are in a good hotel, but once the people start to talk to you, you feel you are in a 1 star hotel. People are very rude and impolite. Bathrooms in the reception looks like public Bathrooms, where you can find all kind of insects. Also very dirty and smell very bad.
3- Room: I think i cannot describe the rooms. No description can be said. Extremly Dirty is not enough!!! I have asked them to move to another room, then i went to 3 to see it, all of it had all kind of insects sane as the toilets!! Finally i chosen one renovated room but at this stage they asked me to pay more because this is more expensive and of course Kuwait airways is not going to pay!! In the morning have just tried to go to the bathroom, found again those insects everywhere even on the towels!!!!!!! I will send later some photos, now i am in the airport after this disaster.
4- Swimming pool: All the insects in the rooms and the bathrooms are floating on the water and no one even tried to go there. I was just bored so i wanted to have a look. I felt that no one dared to see it from near because the view from the room was very bad!!!! ... There are no chairs there and if you try to find one, you have to wash it because you will find it's very dirty.
Food: After all what i said, don't expect to have a luxury breakfast, the only thing that you can eat there is boiled egg, other than that, you can find again food with insects... Even the orange juce had a fly floating!!!! Even people who serve the food are very rude. We were staying in the restaurant waiting for the dinner, then they asked us to leave because the dinner is at 8:30 not now!!!!! When we asked them the menu, they said if you pay you stay!!!!!!!
Staff: Staff there are all thieves starting from the lobby manager going to all the staff there, i will tell you some accidents only:
1- When i asked for internet, they told me 200 RS!!!! You have to know that the internet in Delhi costs maximum 50 RS per hour!!! so i refused, then he came back and said 150 RS. But he asked me to write the bill as 100 and put the 50 in his pocket!!!! of course i refused and he gave me the invoice with 150!!!!!
2- While check out they wanted to push me to leave tips, which was impossible to do for these king of people and i refused and people started to be very rude as if they say to each other he left no tips!!!
3- The Door Man, he will do anything to be noticed although he doesn't help you at all.... when i was leaving the hotel he didn't want to close the door of the car untill i give him tips, so i told him NO TIPS!!!
These not the only accidents, but this is some of it.
SPA: Don't call it SPA there or Health club - this has no relation by any means... When you enter inside you find twor dirty people staying who doesn;t bother themselves to ask you what you need.. They just look at you and if you want anything just go and ask them if they are there.... All what they do is openning the SPA at 8:30 and close it at 19:00..... Nothing more ...
Conclusion: Even if they paid you to go, don't try it!!!
You can stay in: Radisson Hotel or Opal Orchid or Trident Hilton. It's very near to it....

Awful, should be condemned. Mice running around. I was sold a bottle of contaminated Delhi tap water. Smelly rooms, broken tiles. Terrible
