Its best to avoid april, may & june as this is when the temperatures soar, however it is a dry heat during these months so it isn't at all humid. The rainy season (although apparently it rarely does!) is July & august, then from september through to november the climate is more user friendly, however I found I soon adapted to the heat, but if you are walking around make sure you have sufficient hydration as there isn't much shade
