the hotel persons are not giving the correct information behaviour is also dispointing,if the concerning person is not there no one else wil assistthere talking manner is also bad.

The television does not have remotes nor many choices of English channels. The electricity is cut off for a couple of hours daily and there is no generator. Cleanliness is not of high standard. Staff are nice and courteous.
