I have just stayed in the Blue Diamond although having seen their website I'm not so sure. The hotel is at a road junction so traffic is constant through the night. The room I was given -after an argument with reception(which is a quarter the size it looks in the photograph) regarding the prepaid voucher - was disgusting. The toilet had no toilet paper(OK I'm used to this)but was leaking and stank of drains.Towels and bed linen were grubby and stained.I went to the 'bar' at 20:15 and was given a menu of drinks and food.Ordered a snack to be told no food after 20:00.What was strange was that the cafe,on the ground floor, cooked the food for the hotel and didn't close until 21:30 as I ate there after sitting in a dimly lit bar next to an air conditioning unit that only filled half the hole in the wall where it was sited-so having a good view of the street below.I never found the restaurdisc so can't comment.I left at 08:00 before the breakfast started so cannot comment.I found the staff surly and unhelpful so I'm totally confused comparing my experience with the website-unless there are 2 Blue diamond hotels in Nagpur.The laugh was that the charge for the room was Rp800 PLUS LUXURY TAX of Rp8!!!

Good service. Clean premises. Good for family stay. Complete family restaurant and hotel. I would specially thank Manish Jaiswal, M.D of the hotel, who always helped me while at the stay with his hotel.
