This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Trained staff were rude and hostile. Pool staff looked more appropriately dressed for a bronx gym than the pool of a luxurt hotel. Ironically the most pleasant people in this hotel were the cleaners and the security staff who were not trained to have contact with the public. Hotel duty manager was frosty faced woman who i get the impression views western women with contempt and no respect. I was disgusted my their attitude.
