The Four star joke!

I am glad to see this four star hotel rated by travellers as two stars tops. I would not even give it one or any. The place is a dissgrace.I lasted about 5 hours there lost my money and moved on. Do Not waste your money on this place it is a Tip as others tell you.The Big cockroaches are so friendly they welcome you as soon as you arrive.Be warned you have been told.

We were told that this hotel was a 4 stars, and it is. Unfortunately, it shouldn't even have 2.
Firstly, the elevator was in terrible shape, and seemed like it was from the 1960s. We had to step up quite a ways to get into it, and it was quite small and slow.
The room was in bad shape and dirty. Dirty linens. The only good thing was the air conditioning, which felt good after being in humid Mumbai, and also seemed to help with the smell in the room.
The bathroom was decent, but there was no floor elevation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water went all over the bathroom.
The breakfast was actually pretty good. It was American style, with toast and scrambled eggs, but also included various Indian dishes.
This hotel, however, does not deserve 4 stars. It is nowhere near that quality. Quite unsanitary and unkept. The rooms look nothing like on the website. I'm glad I stayed there only one night.

We booked the hotel by recommendation of 'Savion Travel Services Pvt.
Ltd, New Delhi' (15.7.2005). Rooms: cracks in the walls, sewage smell in dirty bathroom, brownish
latex pillows, hygenically doubtful bed linnen, no fridge, no safe, no
smile.
USD 54 for such a double room in Mumbai is a rip-off.
The only good part: the transfer to the airport is included! Don't trust the appealing web site!
