This hotel is a good bargain in a very expensive town. Friendly staff that are always waiting to assist you. Clean rooms that were well serviced and a nice resturant with quite a lot on the menu. Food was quite good and very inexpensive. Breakfast can be arranged at an early hour which is unusual in this city......Quite a pleasant stay

The location (Colaba) is great. The hotel is situated on a nice and quiet side-street. The hotel is clean and nice (AC works!), but be shure to get a room in one of the two top floors and facing the street. You will have a magnificent view over the rooftops from your window! But there is a bar on the roof, so the top floor could be a bit noisy. We lived on the floor below the top floor. The rooms facing the yard aren't that nice. The breakfast was OK but noting extra. Polite staff. Good value for money, I can recommend this hotel.
