Atleast 4 times I've stayed in the hotel in the last two years. All rooms are in the 2nd and 3rd floors. And no lift, hence beware! Rooms are shabby, paints are peeling off, toilet corners are dirty.
But location is extremely good, right on the main Dr. Ambedkar Road, not very far from Dadar Rlyway stn(walking distance), lot of good food joints close-by, though a restaurant exists in the ground floor.
I have visited many star-less hotels close-by, upto Parel. It is still the best when they charged last (January 2008)Rs.1192/per day only.
