We were with 10 people from April 24 to April 26, 2009 in this hotel. We are very well absorbed and had very good service. So we have no evidence.It was arranged very well through Midtown Travels. I would recommend anyone to this hotel. Staff was very friendly. I am the leader of this group, and we were from Holland for a tour.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at for the room rates. The staff is ignorant, untrained, who need to refer to the duty manger in every aspect. The duty managers are also unhelpful and rude and readily agree to your complaints and prompt you to make an official complaint to the management. The rooms are tiny and the beds are very small for persons from the European continent. Don't bother staying at this hotel is my recommendation.

The service non existant, very unfriendly staff, The management very unco-operative who look at their guests as a hinderance and very highly priced basic food menu.The hotel is rated as 4 star, but the service is below 2 star.

Top Local Tips for Mumbai

Places to eat Kyber Restaurant - fantastic lunch. Blue Ocean (or similar name) near Rythym House in Fort (near Kyber Restaurant) is great for lunch with ice cream. Shiv Sagar in Juhu is good local restaurant. The Marriot hotel serves nice food too.

car hire/ecabs If you are hiring a car with driver, from e-cabs or other rentals to go from the airport to an outstation destination, eg Pune, please check with the cab company that they are not going to charge you waiting charges/parking at the airport! We arrived at Mumbai airport and waited outside the airport terminal for more than half an hour for our E-cab driver... then when we got to Pune he demanded an extra fee for parking charges at the airport!!
