Been to Panorama hotel matheran , really upset with check in and check out timming ,,,normally all hotel have check out time eg , 11am 12am ,etc ...this hotel has check out time of morning 8 am!!!! Does hotel managment expect us to wake up in holiday at 6.30 and pack and leave ...Phhhh,,,sad ,,,dont waste money here ...

As a part of our leisure visit to Matheran, I had stayed with my family at Hotel Panorama in last Jan 2009. It was really nice experience to stay over there.! We were traveling for the first time to the Matheran and we stayed in deluxe A/C cottage type room and it was great surprise to see luxurious well maintained amenities in the room. Staff was also too good response wise. Very important what we found was the location, very near to railways station surrounded by peaceful natural greenery. Overall, we were happy to return to Mumbai.. Thanks for Happy Days..! Jalpa Shah

Rates are reasonable. Management there is always helpful. I never go to any other hotel as I like friendly atmosphere.

For the price it was ok but horrible room service with leaky roofs.....but food was nice.
