Good Location - Staff Communication skills need updgrading

This hotel is in prime location. The management needs some communication skills. I wanted to discuss my long term stay - the manager discussed in the front lobby in front of staff and guests - not acceptable! The room service and upholstery, including bedding, linen needs replacing! Overall staff were courteous but I did not find them friendly or helpful during my 5 weeks stay. The information of charges given is not clear until you pay the bill. It seemed too much of an effort to clarify anything. I was staying as a single lady and expected the Management to be approachable and helpful but unfortunately this was not the case. The Rangoli staff were very accomodative.

The first night, I stayed saw bugs all over the room in the morning. Was shifted to another room, same problem by evening. Was shifted to 3rd room, Room was Dirty, not cleaned by House keeping, walked away at 11:30pm, did not get to sleep but still had to pay for renting the room.

The hotel is ideally located. It is a very cosy place and excellent services provided and more so very convenient.

How is it surviving in an International University Town with a tag of star hotel! Though the best in town, it requires a make-over to stay on in future. Room service & upholstry needs to improve..........

The hotel is ideally located but the rooms are damp due to never opening windows. The air conditioning has left the rooms in this state. The towels, bed etc need to be replaced as they are worn out.
