ARROGANT and RUDE GENERAL MANAGER

We were on our honeymoon and wanted to have a good time and we booked this hotel for Manali, the GM R.C. Gulati was very rude to my husband and me, our electricity went off 3 times and it was very cold and the hotel provided us with blowers instead of heaters for which they charged us Rs.100, we told the GM about this and he started to yell at us, while we were their Guest's, I strongly recommend not to book this Hotel, we left the hotel very the NEXT DAY even though it was all paid for. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE BEING OUR HONEYMOON... and would let you guys know so you don't make a mistake by booking this hotel.

WORST HOTEL EVER

This is the worst hotel I have been in my life. The GM of the Hotel, R C Gulati was staring at my wife all the time. Tried to scare us thrice at night by switching lights. He dosent know how to behave and when complained to marketing exective Sonia in Delhi, she said that this is a normal thing. NORMAL THING TO STARE AT OTHER'S WIFE ??? The worst experience of my life. Never go to this hotel my advice......... to everyone....

De Vivendi Resorts has got lovely view and location as it's not far from mall road and still away from the madding crowd ......so I found De Vivendi Resorts a relaxing and easy on pocket easy to reach .Staff very good .Service also given with a smile. To put it in few words would go back for my next stay to De Vivendi Resorts.
