Worst hotel in Mahabeleshwar

Worst location: in the narrow bylanes of Mahabeleshwar village, driving to this place is nightmare.
Worst view: My room was facing the village and i was forced to view the old buildings and the hutments.
Dirty water: There is no water supply to hotel. All the water comes by tankers and all that was comming to my room was red coloured muddy water.
Worst service: Inspite of my telling them that the water is bad in the room and to shift me to other room, they kept the tap open for one hour and then started to convinence me that after sometime i would get good water.
No Parking place: the hotel has no open space and it is difficult to get the parking in the premises, and forget about getting any place in the bylanes connecting the hotel.
No Place for kids: There is no open space for kids to play around and they had only one single slide in the compound.
Most noisy place: my room was located just on the second floor exactly above the gate. I had to here the sounds of all the vehicles coming in and the gatekeeper shouting and giving directions to the cars. Moreover the tanker that comes to the hotel made sound like Dinosaurs.

Top Local Tips for Mahabaleshwar

Mahabaleshwar - Certified Oragnised Looting by hoteliers, taxi owners, excursion Not a good experience and no value for money. Could be a good place for people of Mumbai or Pune for weekend getaway but certainly not for other people across India or world to travel all the way up to Mahabaleshwar.
