Staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness was a problem though. They drop you off and pick up at Banganga or market without a charge. Service does become slack at evening though. When you come back from pilgrimage to Vaishnodevi, they do not mind giving a room for shower without a charge for couple of hours.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Basera, Katra. This is a nice warm hotel and helped us out in helicopter booking and made all travel arrangements for us (taxi bookings etc.). I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for 1:1 attention and round the clock service. Next time I visit Katra I will definitely stay at Basera.
