I stayed at the hotel for three days. The price of the room was very high for the standards of the hotel and the region and included full board. The room had an excellent view to gardens and mountains but the bed linen have not been changed, the bathroom was dirty and there was not hot water. The receptionist was unwilling to solve problems and the managers were absent when needed. The food was terrible and the second day I got a diarrhea. The third day I had only steamed rice and tea. They overcharged the meals on the bill, they did not accepted credit card as agreed with the excuse that suddenly the machine went out of order so they asked for cash and charged a high currency rate for euro.
