I only used the restaurant. Once with a group of 3 other guys(in the evening). We had great service and the waiter spoke even better English than me. They bent over backwards to ensure that the meal and drinks were the best. However, I then took a female companion a few days later(for lunch) and although it was only slightly busier, the service was not as before. Water tasted warm and I had to request a bottle of water. The food was fine, but the dessert was too sweet. The overall standard is one of the best, and compares with what you would find in Delhi and Mumbai. Cannot comment on the rooms as I did not stay there, but ambience of hotel suggests that it is one of the best places to stay in Jalandhar.

Excellent customer care & room services I am booked three days & two nights. But I cannot stay first & second day & I am get one day & one night only. Hotel Radisson's services are excellent but they are telling lie before stay at hotel & booked the rooms. Before stay at hotel they are said to us breakfast & tea are free & included with room charges. But they are charged from us Rs.1000/- INR. before checkout the room or hotel. I am not understand why they are charged from us. I am already paid the charges for stay at hotel, coz I was booked the hotel stay by travel agency www.cleartrip.com.
