august in rajasthan Travel agents in Ireland had told us that August might not be the best time of the year to go to Rajasthan, but we found that it was fine .Jaisalmer was the hottest city on our tour of the state but once you have aircon (especially needed if you are Irish and not used to high tempatures) you will be fine.In fact , the tourist season is later in the year so there are less tourists around which is a big bonus when visiting popular sites.
trip to rajasthan in winter trip was amazing , hotels were affordable, people were friendly and cooperative . food was hygenic and low cost as well. rajasthan is very famous for its traditional dresses . the cloths are worth buying there.
