I regularly visit Hyderabad as I am associated with HSBC and I Unfortunately had to stay with this Resort. This is just a mess: service staff do not understand what I speak, I asked for an Orange juice, waiter got me water! I had a hard time checking in, as soon as I checked in felt that the room had mustiness all around, rooms are not clean and I can just go on.....

I liked the Atmosphere, Location of the resort and hospitality. I visited 4 times so far and would love to revisit again and again. Thanks.
