very poor, deficient service by incompetent staff

we booked our room 2 weeks in advance,confirmed it 1 day before & also 1 hr before arrival there was no water in the wasroom for 5 hrs on complaining the incompetent staff was there smiling sayong the tanks were being cleaned, causing a great deal of inconvenience for my children aged 1,4&5yrs old. we had no choice but to leave the hotel.
