Staff in Bristol have a pathetic attitude problem. They do not know how to talk to customers, especially in this competitive environment. They are rude. I don't think that they will be able to stay in business for long with this kind of attitude.

The hotel has a beautifull swimming pool and also offers swedish massage which i did completely enjoy during my stay... also the midnight buffet after an evening at the hunter's bar was amazing as we had great food available at 01:00 am in the night...
