The service overall is good. The food is also good. I stayed there for 5-6 days and it was pleasure staying in 17 degrees hotel.
However, the quality of bathroom and the internet service was just satisfactory. It does not have the basic amenities of hot water, whenever you want, like ones we find in other top hotels. Also, I was told by the manager during booking time that they would have internet in the hotel rooms. For a charge of Rs 5000+ per night, its important to have internet, particularly when you are in business trip.
The location is good but according to the standard of the hotel, their charge is too high. They should not charge more than Rs 2000 per night for their Presidential Suit.
