I stayed in Zama Lodge. I had come to chennai for Visa Interview. The tairff was cheap, place was centrally located and also neat and clean. Good staff and helpful. I could just walk to the US consulate from there.. No Worries. I guess for a person going to US consulate in Chennai ZAMA is the best. Enjoy..

I'm staying in Chennai, in Zama Lodge, from April, 2006. The advantages in Zama Lodge are many. If you want freedom and wish to live in Chennai, your way, stay in Zama Lodge. The place is full of tech / mba grads. Its close to most of the hotspots of Chennai like Spencers, Nuggambakkam. All the best restuarants, bars, discos, shopping malls are very close. US Consulate is walking distance. Present state chief minister's house is very close-by. Fantastic security. There are better places than Zama, around here, but they come at a price 4 times that of Zama's offer.

My suggestion: if you are coming to Chennai and please do drop in at Zama Lodge.

I stayed there when I came for U.S. Visa. The place is kinda old but really clean and neat and best of all Its Really Cheap and Affordable.

I have stayed here while going to U.S. Consulate.. It is Cheap and Best.. Nice Location. Not Very Modern but clean and decent.
