Not worth the money spent

The Management has this feeling that they can get away with doing nothing to improve hotel facilities.
1) The Hotel has a solar heater and you get the curt reply that since sun light is limited you might not get hot water today. Also in the night or early morning you can forget about hot water
2) For 2300 Rs a night, imagine they don't have power back-up. So if there is a power cut (which happens quite often) you will have to do with only the fan in the blistering hear in Chennai.
3) The ambiance in the room has not been changed from the 70's and looks dark and gloomy
4) Toilets are also from yester years and could do with a lot of improvement
5) The front office has the don't care attitude
6) No one is in charge of the Banquet hall, and lot could be improved

It's simply not worth a single rupee. I would recommend Woodlands which charges lesser and is 10 times better
