Hotel is centrally located to the shopping area and the staff in the hotel are very pleasing and helpful. I liked the way they serve their guest and I didn't feel the stay of a hotel, felt like staying in my own house.

As a second time visitor to the hotel I found it still to be excellent in all fields, the travel desk staff were very helpful and upon my request they arranged for my partner and myself to have the same driver we had had on our previous visit in 2001, as he was so patient and helpful to our every wish. They even changed his shift pattern to accommodate us his name was {Sashsi Kumar} who we hope is still providing an excellent example to the hotel group.

This is really a price-worthy hotel that almost compete with the top 5-star hotels but that charge half the price. The rooms are excellent, big, super clean, toilets impecable, staff friendly. Internet wi-fi free of charge in all rooms!

The hotel is centrally located. The service was personalised and every demand was fulfilled with a smile. The rooms have wi-fi connectivity and were large and very clean with all the amenities you would expect at a good hotel. Very pleasant lobby with lovely tea/coffee shop with attentive service.

Top Local Tips for Chennai

SImple, tasty vegeterian cuisine At the corner of Cathedral and TTK, one can find a small group of restaurants. I only tried one, Amaravathi, and that was excellent, authentic cuisine from Andhra Pradesh. For less than 3 euros, you can enjoy a complete menu, arguably with no fork, knife or spoon but very tasty and healthy nonetheless! Recommended.
