Good points:Hotel staff very polite,decent and very pleasant to talk,they always ready to assist. Bad points: Need's a lot to improve in reachiing the hotel and back (from airport).It's bit expensive than it deserve's. Hotel provides free internet--extreme slow speed,mouse do not waana move and u struggle,complimentary breakfast and dinner---sorry food not at all good--taste bad. Rooms,bed covers toilets,towels---name any all has a peculiar foul smell. Cockrach in the room --that's what welcomed us as we entered the room---so i said if no option---hotel is ok to pass 1 or 2 nights. Outside window view--better not to describe--

The hotel is good and the rooms are well appointed. All the rooms provide free broadband for Internet access.

The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Morning breakfast is pathetic. I got them to pick me up from the airport. They sent an elderly Ambassador with no air-conditioning. While checking out I was shocked to see that they'd charged Rs. 660 for that 8 KM trip from the airport. I could have bought the entire car for a few more rupees. The hotel people passed the responsibility on to the taxi company.

Room service is very good.

Considering that the hotel is just about a year old, I am inclined to be lenient with them and give them a seven. I hope they improve with time - especially the restaurant.
