Have a car waiting for you This is not a busy airport so have a car waiting for you. There is only one flight a day out to Delhi so don't miss it or you will be there for an extra day

Getting around & Indian art Try not to book a car with a driver through the hotel...they have jacked up the rates and the Hilton pockets most of it and the poor drivers are left with very little. Instead, approach the drivers who are sometimes waiting in the hotel parking lot and strike a deal with them. Also, if you take a non-hotel taxi from the airport, those taxi drivers have much lower rates....and definitely bargain down...at least the drivers are getting 100% of what you pay them. Secondly, if you're into buying unique Indian stone carvings/statues made from sandstone, definitely stop by the Sudarshan Crafts place about 100 feet from the hotel. They have so much variety. They are experienced in shipping overseas. They're the cheapest and if you don't find what you're looking for, they'll make it.

Don't Miss Raghurajpur Village This is a village established by the government for artists, who live and work there and sell their art our of their village shops. It is about 1 hour from Bhubaneshwar on the road to Puri and is definitely worth a visit.
