Hi..I had arranged for a dinner package for my family(two couples) expecting to have a great New Years eve and food.Unfortunately the arrangement of the seating was pathetic as we walked in.I had made advance payment for the roof top garden table and got duped literally!What awaited us was some wet tables drenced in the rain water and wet starters.It was a good idea by the hotel staff to make some quick money by laying out some extra tables in the open area considering the party season.It was not expected from a hotel like this.Inspite of complaining about our disappointment nothing was done to take care of our concerns and arrange the table that we had rightly reserved.Being in a corner, we couldnt have easy access to the starters that were around..The only good part was the drinks and the buffet spread which was decent and good.Not recommended at all for New Year get togethers because of the bad arrangement inspite of advance booking and payment.

The mold & mildew in the room was unbeleivable!
Its enough to make you sick.

The hotel is old but kept in acceptable condition. Rooms are renovated, with Plasma TV, massage chair (Surprise!) in the rooms.

Food quality is not so good in the coffee shop.

Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens These gardens are beautiful, and during the flower shows (twice a year) they are spectacular!
