Highly unprofessional and JUST NOT RELIABLE

We are highly disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the staff of Hotel Ramanashree at Bangalore. They do not understand the value of 'commitment' or any word given by them. It was on our marriage day, when we had booked a hall for the wedding for some 200 guests, they first gave us just ONE complimentary room for the bride (in good hotels, they themselves give 2 rooms for the bride and the groom to change...it's just a couple of hours' matter)...on top of it, in a span of 2 hours time, they asked us to vacate the room they had given, which had all the valuables of the bride's family. They literally SAT on our heads to vacate the room. Such behaviour is highly unacceptable from any decent hotel and we in a hurry were asked to leave the guests unattended and VACATE their bloody room. As a result of which, we left some valuables in the room (in a hurry), and after asking them the very next day, we get a blatant lie from the staff that they found nothing. These 2 incidents are on top of the unprofessional staff they have at the reception, who promised us something and changed their words after discussing with their manager. We don't trust these guys, who are sitting JUST TO MINT SOME MONEY without really bothering of some good service or any intent of being considerate at least on some special occasions. Beware of such people in the service industry. One thing they did not realise is that these actions of theirs were all NOTICEABLE to the guests and at least some 15 people actually mentioned that they shall not visit this hotel again. Serves them RIGHT!!!
