This is a big let down for Amritsar, who ever has rated this as 4 Star Hotel must first Visit the Hotel and Check out the services....I would rate this near 2 + to 3 star and no more. Very poor service indeed.

Golden Temple A good time to see the Golden Temple is in the middle of the night. It is less crowded than in the day and in the height of the summer a more tolerable temperature.

Subway is the way forward Subway is very close to MK Hotel

Visiting the Golden Temple I visited the Golden Temple twice at 6am, and 9pm. The best time was at 6am. Definitely worth getting up for. Missing the heat of the day, less crowds, and the light was very clean and clear for photography.
