Nightmare

I stayed at the hotel for one night in oct2006. At check in I produced my visa card and they did the customary holding deposit. In this case 1000 Yuan.

Next day on check out I settled the bill. One week later I find my account debited for the deposit. Trying to get the credit back. Nightmare. How much time you got?
