The rooms are basic, old, and tiny, I would say it's a 3-star for the room, but the location is good. The worst is that I got flea bites all over me for the one night I stayed there.

Top Local Tips for Hong Kong

Transfers If you get the Airport Express from the airport to Kowloon (about 90 Hong Kong Dollars) you can then get a free transfer from there direct to the hotel. Excellent service. Also when you arrive, should you need bottled water etc, the 7 eleven store directly opposite the hotel sells everything at about a fifth of the price of your mini bar selection! Going back to the airport, the Kimberley offers an excellent service for 100 hong kong dollars directly there in a very plush limousine bus service with reclining seats etc. very handy and hassle free for your return journey!

MTR Use an urban day pass to get all around the main sights. Very easy- just like the London underground, only much cheaper! Go to Stanley!!

Ride the cable car to see the Big Budhha Use the Metro to get to the start of the 4.5km ride to the Big Buddha. Excellent.
