From the exterior of the hotel, it is hard to tell it is a four-star hotel. But the service they provide is simply world-class.

On the last day of our stay there, we checked out early and shopped around the hotel only to find out that a typhoon is on its way to Haikou. We called airport's hotline only to find out that our flight was cancelled.

So we had to go back to the hotel to stay one more night, and the staffs there were extremely helpful.

Thank you to the staffs there for making my stay there one of the most memorable of hotel stays.
