Buriganga River If you are going to Dhaka, do not miss the Buriganga river ! You MUST make a tour on a local boat on the river. Its another world !

Shopping and Dining in Dhaka Plenty of shops especially for clothings. Best would be to go to "Banga Bazar" where they sell at very good bargain price exportable T - shirts, trousers, shirts, ladies wears............... Shops are small 8'x8' average size with individual owners. ...........If you are new to the city, please take a locals help. ............... Lots of local curry dining and local variety of chinese (much tastier than original Chinese food). If you are sensitive to hot taste, please ask the restaurant people to make it mild for you.............. All restaurants are usually very busy..........
