My daughter and I stayed at Sebel/Citigate Albert Park on our holiday in April 07 and cannot praise the place enough. The staff are absolutely fantastic, every single one of them, ancillary included. There's a tram every 30 seconds just around the corner and it's a 15 minute leisurely walk along Albert Park Lake to St. Kilda. Pool, Spa and gym (with towels provided) are excellent. Our room had a great view of the lake. Thank You everyone, we had a great stay and will be returning!
Great hotel but shocking after sales service

Carlton Crest Melbourne has everything going for it -friendly staff, great location, nice rooms etc, however they charged me twice for one night AFTER we left the hotel, and after sending 3 emails, they have still not replied.
I would have stayed there again, however cannot now recommend this hotel
