I have to say the place was great to stay at but don't lose or try and claim for any lost property. The promises to pay come to nothing. The back up service from my claim was really bad, so much so I am taking my complaint further. Unfortunately as my claim has not been satisfied I am not in a position to reccommend this hotel to my associates
