The worst possible hotel stay ever. Make very careful checks when booking online as they have a issues beween the online booking and their confirmation emails which led to us being overcharged.

Front desk staff neglected to let us know that our shuttle transfer had not been arranged as requested.

Cleaning staff are rude and less than thorough.

The rooms are tiny and need updating.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and always find it the same - rooms are beautifully presented and staff always very helpful. We like the location in the heart of the heart of Melbourne. It is an easy walk to the best shopping in Australia and an easy walk back with the parcels! Trams to just about anywhere are almost at the door. Such great accommodation right in the centre of Melbourne at a reasonable price would be hard to find.
Recommended and will stay there again next time we go to Melbourne.
