I paid $107.50 for one night in this converted pub. I didn't spend much time in the hotel itself but the staff were friendly enough and the room itself was small but clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Darling Harbour & Central Station, as well as the UTS of course. There was quite an odd smell in the hallway but this didn't affect my stay at all. For the price it was good value and I'd recommend it.

Top Local Tips for Sydney
Sydney Pass I can't reccomend this enough. It was one of the saving grace points of my holiday. You can buy it when you arrive at the airport (which a reccomend so long as it's not peak hour). It paid for itself on day 2 of 5. I used it so much! It was so handy being able to jump on any bus train or ferry as well as the explorer buses and not have to fumble for change. The Explorer buses are comfortable, air conditioned and great for getting around on. Don't sit and do the whole loop, make sure to jump on and off and do a bit of exploring on foot. Mrs Macquaries chair at sunset is a must.
Sugar Room The Sugar Room is a great restaurant to go to and off the tourist path!
Don't judge a book by it's cover Take a chance on the little, out of the way, places to eat.
